✅ Reality Check: Most personal injury cases are settled out of court through negotiations!
Going to trial is often a last resort, not the norm. At @AllenFlattBallidis&Leslie, most of our cases settle out of court. However, if we can’t reach a settlement, our experienced lawyers will file a lawsuit and enter litigation. This still does not mean we will go to trial. Less that 5% of cases filed with the court actually go to trial. There are still opportunities to settle while in litigation with the use of mediation and arbitration. Rest assured that at every step of the way, we’ll be there to fight for the maximum compensation you deserve!
